This 2.5 room apartment was renovated in December 2017 and has been occupied by me since then.
Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a balcony or terrace. This is also the only reason why I want to exchange the apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located (between Lochergut and Albisriederplatz). Various shopping options are available in the immediate vicinity. Tram lines 2 and 3 as well as bus connections from Albisriederplatz are very good and quickly accessible. The Fritschiwiese, Bullingerhof, or Bullingerplatz also invite you to linger.

I am looking for an apartment in districts 3, 4, or 5 with a balcony and/or terrace.
