We are exchanging our 4.5 old apartment in Zurich Wiedikon for an equivalent 4-4.5 apartment in Wiedikon.

The apartment is located between Goldbrunnenplatz and Schmiede Wiedikon and has 2 small balconies, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. There are 4 rooms and a kitchen. One room is outside the apartment with a separate entrance and is great as a guest room, studio, or office (with sink). The windows are currently being replaced and are soundproof (hence the photos with scaffolding in front of the windows). Nice and uncomplicated neighbors. There is a laundry room including a dryer, usable at any time without registration. A courtyard (paved) is available for shared use.

We want to exchange our home so that we can move a little further away from Birmensdorferstrasse and our daughter can move more freely in the neighborhood. And because change always brings new momentum.
