This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 366354) We have been living in this dream apartment for almost 10 years, which was renovated 1 year before we moved in. The bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher are new and still very well maintained. The apartment has a small balcony facing Ämtlerstrasse. And that is actually the only thing we are missing and the swap apartment should have: a larger balcony. For that, we are also willing to go a bit smaller. However, we would still wish for the old building.
