Apartment for rent - 8003 Zürich

This is a swap offer. (Provider ID: 324660) The apartment where I currently live in a shared flat with a good friend is really top-notch. It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the city, which is still very quiet as it faces the courtyard (so sleeping with the window open is no problem). In addition to the 85m2 of living space, we have a generous balcony (11m2). We have 2 bathrooms (1x with bathtub and toilet and 1x only toilet), built-in wardrobes, a modern kitchen with dishwasher. For me, the desire has arisen to be able to live alone in the city for a while longer. However, I cannot move today or tomorrow and it is not urgent - but at some point during the year after mutual agreement.
