Expansion

The loft is currently in need of renovation. We are looking for tenants with clear ideas who want to redesign the space according to their own needs. The goal is to work with you to remodel the premises to suit your needs. In return, we are interested in long-term rental contracts, so that a long-term, harmonious relationship can be established.

Rent

The specified rent corresponds to a renovated version of the loft, including a wet room, a fitted kitchen, freshly painted walls, and an upgraded floor covering. Since we want to work on the remodeling in collaboration with you, the rent is negotiable. We have the option of renting in the current condition, at a lower rent, up to a very luxurious expansion with a higher rent.
