The apartment has two bathrooms (one with shower/WC) and two balconies. A parking space in the underground garage (CHF 120.–) is available upon request (basic installation for e-mobility is present).
Shopping facilities (Schönbühl-Center) are in the immediate vicinity. Kindergarten and school (Wartegg) are easily accessible on foot. The local recreation areas (Bireggwald and Lake Lucerne) can also be reached within about 10 minutes.
An optimal public transport connection allows you to be at Lucerne train station in about 15 minutes (bus lines 6/8). Individual traffic is also ideally connected via the nearby motorway access of the A2 (Kriens-Lucerne).
