Apartment for rent - 4663 Aarburg, Steinrain 8

We are looking for a new tenant as we have purchased property. Officially, we are not allowed to leave the apartment until 31.03.25, as we cannot terminate the lease in December. However, to be able to move into the property earlier, we are now looking for a new tenant for this year.

If we hadn't bought property, we would probably grow old here, as the apartment has everything one could wish for. It is large, bright, the location is perfect, right by the forest and yet only 300m from the train station. The neighbors are great, the relationship is very good and pleasant.

You are welcome to come and view the apartment by arrangement. However, please consider the wish that the handover should take place this year.
