The house is just a few steps from the fruit market. All infrastructure (shops, post office, bus stop, etc.) is within a few minutes' walk. The train station is about 8 minutes on foot.

The apartment offers plenty of space with large rooms. The wooden walls create a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances (ceramic glass, dishwasher, large refrigerator). It is very spacious, so a table can be placed comfortably. It features a very beautiful antique tiled floor. The bathroom has its own washing machine, a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The rooms are equipped with beautiful old parquet floors.

In the same house, a similarly sized 2.5-room apartment with a very large living room is being rented on the 2nd floor.
