Location:
The location of the apartment is optimal. The RHB train station of Jenaz (with connections to Landquart or Davos) is a 5-minute walk from the property. The main road towards Landquart and Davos is also reachable in a few minutes.
The town center, including the necessary shops (bakery, restaurants, and Volg store, etc.), is conveniently accessible on foot.

The entire living area has an easy-care linoleum floor, as well as tiled floors in the bathroom and separate WC.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a spacious storage room on the left, which can be optimally used as a wardrobe or for other purposes.
