We are looking for new tenants from 1.9.2025 for a 5.5-room apartment in chalet style (first occupancy, unlimited). The apartment is located on the sunny southern slope outside the village center in a quiet location with a beautiful view.
The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen (with dishwasher), a large, friendly living-dining area, two rooms, as well as a bathroom (bathtub) and a separate toilet. The spacious balcony with access to the living area offers a wonderful view and seating both to the south and east. On the upper floor, there are two larger and one smaller room, as well as an additional bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet.
The use of the green areas and the terrace with barbecue area in the garden is possible, provided that the garden maintenance is taken over.
The owner occasionally uses the apartment in the basement privately as a holiday apartment. In the basement, tenants have access to a washing and drying room.
