5-room caretaker apartment with separate room and workshop
The apartment is located in a commercial area, not far from the village, and is currently only available with the simultaneous exercise of caretaker duties. This includes a workload of up to 10-15%.
Regarding the duties: The caretaker should bring energy and commitment and enjoy working outdoors responsibly. Additional craftsmanship skills and interests are an advantage. The work will be compensated separately and mainly includes cleaning and garden maintenance. Snow removal service and possibly monitoring of technical systems could be linked to the caretaker job.
The apartment has a dining kitchen with a small balcony. A separate room in the basement along with ancillary rooms can be used. A large pergola in front of the house can be shared. A covered parking space as well as parking spaces are available.
