LOOKING FOR A NEW TENANT IN THE CHUR OLD TOWN!!! 1220 Chf/month including additional costs

Hello everyone,

From September 1st, we are looking for a new tenant for our 1.5-room apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Chur, right in the center (at St. Martinsplatz). Shopping facilities are reachable in 1 minute, bars and restaurants in all directions in 1 minute, the bus and train station in 2 minutes, and the main train station Chur is reachable in 7 minutes on foot.
The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated. A shared laundry room is available in the building (without a fixed washing schedule - it is rarely used and is almost always free). In addition, there is a private cellar compartment in the building as well as an additional storage room in the apartment. We would leave some furniture for the next tenant in the apartment for free, of course, this is not mandatory.

The monthly rent is 1,220 Swiss Francs (including additional costs). The rental agreement will be concluded directly between the management and the new tenant. For this, as always, the last three pay slips as well as a current debt collection register extract will be required.
