We are looking for someone to take over our 2.5 room apartment in Zurich from mid December that also will take over our big furniture (Bed, Closet, Sofa, Living Room table).

78 m2 apartment (2.5-room) with spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, and entrance hall. Fully equipped kitchen with Electrolux appliances (oven, dishwasher, large fridge) and in-unit private washing machine and dryer. Newly built neighborhood (since around 2015), apartment on 1st-floor facing south. Cool in summer, sunny in autumn/winter with great floor heating. Pets are allowed.

Transportation & Groceries:

• 5-min walk to tram lines 7 and 9
• 7–10 min walk to Stettbach station (8-10 min train ride to Zürich HB)
• ca. 10 min tram ride to UZH Irchel campus, ca. 20 min to ETH main campus
• 5-10 min walk to Coop, Migros, Denner, Aldi, and Turkish supermarket. 10-15 min walk to Glatt Shopping Center
• Parking garage can be rented separately, CHF 150 per month

Surroundings:
Quiet neighbors, well-kept complex. Common areas are cleaned weekly. For any maintenance, you can contact the property management company directly and they respond quickly and professionally. Many playgrounds nearby and 3-5 min walk to Heerenschürli sport center. Overall great living experience. Great neighborhood for families and pet owners.

The existing furniture must be taken over. Once we agree on the details, we will collect a deposit to secure the arrangement. This will be fully refunded upon successful handover, to avoid inconvenience caused by last-minute changes/dropouts. Thanks for your understanding!
