We are renting a cozy 2.5-room apartment with a view of the greenery in our 6-family house. The apartment is small but nice and offers everything you need. The bathroom has a shower (no bathtub). Since there is no elevator in the house, you can save yourself the "gym" in the future. Climbing stairs is known to be very healthy and keeps you fit.
