The complete renovation of the building was completed in 2017, designed with particular attention to enhancing the territory, reusing and maintaining the characteristics of our traditional nuclei.
The construction concept took into account the use of low environmental impact materials such as wood, natural stone, and iron.
These materials reflect the characteristics of local traditional constructions, where possible, existing structural elements such as wooden beams and stone walls have also been preserved.
The dwelling, respectfully integrated into the landscape and the historic nucleus, was designed to be solid and built with durable materials in respect of the environment.
The traditional spirit was intended to be represented, while elegantly incorporating elements of contemporaneity that allowed the formation of spaces that guarantee excellent quality of life, relaxation, and tranquility.
The living spaces are well distributed, the Open Space living area is very spacious and welcoming.
Thanks to the use of the wooden element applied to the visible attic, which provides a highly appreciated spatiality that presents well in the overall volume of the dwelling.
The modern well-furnished kitchen is an element that greatly enhances the living area, along with the private terrace filtered by important sliding wooden doors.
These elements give a touch of originality to the entire living space.
The bedrooms are located on both levels and enjoy an adjacent shower service.
Heat production occurs through centralized heating with fuel oil with individual meters, and distribution is done through low-temperature floor coils.
The common laundry and private cellar are on the ground floor accessible from inside the courtyard.
Several public parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building, and the construction of the new municipal parking garage is also planned for the next year.
