Apartment for rent - 8048 Zürich, Badenerstrasse 650

Since I get to go abroad for a year, my apartment on Badenerstrasse 650 needs someone to take care of it during that time.

The furnishings have a slight "estrogen vibe" – meaning: cozy, stylish, and rather less in the "male shared apartment with mattress on the floor" look. So if you feel comfortable with plants, pretty cushions, and a touch of candlelight, you will be happy here.
From the couch to the teaspoon, everything is in very good condition and you decide what stays or has to go :-)

The rent includes internet and all other ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating, maintenance fees, etc.
Shared laundry room on the 4th floor, your own covered terrace, 5 minutes walk to Altstetten train station and the tram stop "Grimselstrasse" right in front of the door. Coop and Otto's are located one floor below the apartment in the same building.

From September 25, 2025, you are up (but I am flexible and it can also be a bit later) – if you are tidy, clean, and have both feet firmly on the ground. In other words: If you don’t set the whole kitchen on fire while cooking and dealing with cleaning products is not completely foreign to you.

The apartment is intended for one person. So: no shared apartment experiments, no pets, and please no secret rehearsals for the next opera performance.

For now, you get the key for a year – but if after a year I still don’t feel like leaving the sea, the fish, and the good food behind, then you can also stay longer.
