Hello, I am renting out my 2-room apartment in the city of Zug from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2027. I am moving to Sweden for two years to pursue my Master's degree. The apartment will be sublet furnished and offers many highlights. The best feature is certainly the 36 sqm terrace which has sun from mid-April to mid-October. Two buses run 40 meters from the front door directly into the city. The apartment is a cooperative apartment, which is why the price is below average in Zug. It is important to me to sublet the apartment to someone with a connection to Zug. The rent including additional costs is 2,051.-, plus there are internet fees from Salt for 59.- and a small surcharge for the furniture. There is no parking available, bicycles can be placed in the garage. A deposit of 5,000.- and an extract from the debt collection register are also required.
