The bathroom has a modern WC, washbasin and shower. The quiet bedroom is large enough for a double bed and closets and also has a view of the green surroundings. The apartment is very quiet and yet centrally located, about 5 minutes walk from the Casino Zug. The furniture (king size bed, closet, mirrors, lamps, two sofas, shelves, several small tables, chimney, carpets, etc.) is almost new and must be taken over by the new tenant at a cost of CHF 3.000. Start of rent is 1st July 2025 for CHF 1.912 monthly (all included except electricity). A garage could be rented separately.
