The charges include hot water, heating, and cable TV. Regarding electricity, the industrial services of the city of Lausanne will bill you directly for your consumption.

Internet access is of course possible, provided you subscribe to a plan with the operator of your choice.

Rental conditions:

• tacit renewal from month to month;
• termination 3 months in advance for the end of each month, except December.
