We are looking for a new tenant for our apartment.

The apartment is very well located. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Weissenbühl train station and 2 minutes to the Weissenbühl tram stop. The 10 and 19 bus stops are also nearby, about 6-8 minutes on foot. A Denner is about 5 minutes away, and at Eigerplatz, there is a Coop and a Migros.

The pictures are from another apartment in this building, but the apartments are identical except that our apartment is missing 1 window in the living room. The apartment is located on the 1st floor but has the same balcony.

In the basement, there are 2 laundry rooms, each with a washing machine and dryer that can be used without registration.

The apartment has a cellar as well as an attic compartment.
