I am looking for a new tenant for my charming 1-room apartment in Emmenbrücke starting from October 1, 2025. The apartment is ideal for singles or commuters:

• Top location: The bus stop for line 2 is located directly in front of the house. You can reach Emmenbrücke train station in about 1 minute by bus or in about 8 minutes on foot.
• Bright rooms: The apartment is flooded with light and offers a pleasant living atmosphere.
• Modern kitchen: Small but very well-maintained kitchen with a new oven and stylish mirrored walls.
• Laundry room: Shared use of the laundry room and drying room in the building.

Furnishing: The apartment will only be rented to interested parties who are willing to take over all furniture (bed, sofa, tables, TV cabinet including television) for a flat rate of CHF 1,000. Kitchen appliances and utensils are excluded.
