Apartment for rent - 6005 Luzern

It is a 4.5-room apartment with 100 m². Since my girlfriend and I have ended our relationship, this apartment is now available. The location is ideal - several bus stops are nearby, one right at the door. You can hardly hear the neighbors and there is plenty of daylight. The apartment has two bathrooms, a cellar compartment, and there is the possibility to rent a parking space or take over our parking space (10 minutes by bike) for 80 CHF per month.

Since my girlfriend is leaving Lucerne, I am now looking for an apartment for a maximum of 1500 CHF per month - ideally a 3.5-room apartment. It is still unclear when exactly the apartment can be exchanged, but you can feel free to send me a message now so that I can keep you updated.
