We are looking for a reliable subtenant for our bright and friendly 3-room apartment in Neustadt from early November 25 to the end of January 26. The apartment is located in close proximity to the train station, making it ideal for commuters. The apartment is fully furnished and has a modern kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and two sunny balconies. The rent is 2290 CHF per month including utilities. We are looking for a non-smoker who will take responsible care of the apartment. We do not want pets.
