We are looking for new tenants from 01.08.25 for our pretty old building maisonette apartment in the lively district 6.

The apartment is on the third and fourth floors of a beautiful, well-maintained old building from the turn of the century in a quiet side street. Two tram stations and various supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.

The kitchen was recently completely renovated and is equipped with a modern induction stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The kitchen area offers enough space for a table and chairs. • not all rooms have a ceiling light connection, sometimes you have to use floor lamps for lighting
