The apartment is on the third and fourth floors of a beautiful, well-maintained old building from the turn of the century in a quiet side street. Two tram stations and various supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.
The kitchen was recently completely renovated and is equipped with a modern induction stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The kitchen area offers enough space for a table and chairs. Right next to the kitchen is the 17 sqm living room. On the third floor, there are two more rooms of 12 and 16 sqm as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The apartment is accessible via a lift, which, however, starts from the basement and does not stop on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked either outside or in their own cellar compartment. The house is located in the blue parking zone, and a private parking space is not available.

not all rooms have a ceiling light connection, sometimes you have to use floor lamps for lighting
