We are looking for new tenants from 01.08.25 for our pretty old building maisonette apartment in the lively district 6.

The apartment is on the third and fourth floors of a beautiful, well-maintained old building from the turn of the century in a quiet side street. Two tram stations and various supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk.
The kitchen was recently completely renovated and is equipped with a modern induction stove, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. The kitchen area offers enough space for a table and chairs. Right next to the kitchen is the 17 sqm living room. On the third floor, there are two more rooms of 12 and 16 sqm as well as a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the hallway, the washing machine and dryer are conveniently placed under the stairs.
A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor with a 33 sqm room. There is also a bathroom with toilet and bathtub on the upper floor. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated and are of high quality.
The heart of the apartment is the private roof terrace with fantastic views over Zurich, which can be accessed from the upper floor via another narrow staircase.
The apartment also includes a clean, bright cellar compartment (estimated about 6 sqm). The apartment is accessible via a lift, which, however, starts from the basement and does not stop on the ground floor. Bicycles can be parked either outside or in the own cellar compartment. The house is located in the blue parking zone, and no private parking space is available.

Disadvantages:

• lift starts from the basement, bicycles parked in the basement must be carried up the basement stairs

• steep narrow staircase to the upper room, unsuitable for small children and people with mobility impairments. Very bulky furniture may not fit up the stairs
• living room and attic room are connected without a door to the respective adjoining room (kitchen or hallway), so there are only two lockable rooms
• attic apartment gets warm quickly in summer
• not all rooms have a ceiling light connection, sometimes you have to use floor lamps for lighting.
