Hello, I am looking for a female subtenant as a roommate starting from October 1st. The room is bright, still in very good condition, and includes a small built-in wardrobe. Whether it's a purpose-driven shared apartment or a friendly shared apartment, I am open to both.

About me: My name is Rahel (female), I am 33 years old, and I have been living in the apartment for 4 years. I am warm, open, and communicative. I also like peace and need my time. I work 100% in service. This demands a lot. Therefore, I am glad when we are mutually respectful and accommodating. Otherwise, I like to do sports (gym). This gives me a good balance to my work. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Bedroom: With white walls, vinyl floor, and practical small built-in wardrobe

Additional room: as a guest room

Private balcony: Perfect for relaxing hours outdoors

Parking: Parking possibility directly at the building (must be charged if necessary)

Location and infrastructure: The apartment is located in a quiet environment and still offers excellent connections. The Migros supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Amavita pharmacy can be reached in 4 minutes. The bus stop Wegmühlegässli is a 6-minute walk away. The location is very quiet and offers a lot of sunshine in summer. It is close to the city of Bern. This is a big advantage. There is a very nice forest nearby and many opportunities to spend leisure time. The swimming pool is also nearby. There are also many different fitness centers.
