I am renting my studio loft in a prime location (5 minutes from the train station) in Bülach for a limited period of 4 months from 01.12.2025 to 31.03.2025. If the dates do not fit exactly, please contact me anyway, as I may be flexible.

The studio loft is modernly equipped and intelligently divided into living, working, sleeping, and cooking/eating areas. Additionally, the apartment has two terrace seating areas, one of which is very spacious and quiet.

The 20m2 cellar can be used as storage space.

...of course, personal belongings can also be brought along. In this case, I will store my things in the cellar.
