THE PROJECT:

The project consists of a rectangular building with three above-ground floors and a basement. Of << Gotthardbahn >> architectural style, the building, constructed in 1890, is characterized by elegant facades requiring regular maintenance, which highlight the structure and historical charm of the building.

Depending on the housing units, they are partly oriented towards the north and/or south, as well as some are oriented towards the side of Via Giuseppe Motta and others towards the important railway network of the station.

In the basement are the cellars of the various apartments and administrative offices, as well as the technical rooms necessary for the proper functioning of the building. The common laundry is located in the central part of the building, more precisely near the staircase of the 1st floor. The entrance to the apartments is located on the northeast facade, facing Via G.
