We are renting a completely newly created 2.5-room apartment in the attic from October 2025 or by arrangement at Stationsweg 5 in Heimberg. The apartment offers you high living comfort with high-quality materials, generous room height, and privacy.
IMPORTANT / Please note: The elevator does not go to the 4th floor. Elevator access is guaranteed up to the 3rd floor. There is a staircase from the elevator to the apartment. The apartment also does not have a balcony.
Car parking spaces can be rented for CHF 130.00 per month and with E-charging option for CHF 180.00 per month if desired. Moped parking spaces are also available for CHF 40.00 per month.
We also offer numerous hobby and storage rooms that can be rented additionally upon request.
