I am looking for a new tenant for this furnished 1.5-room apartment starting on July 1, 2025.

The apartment can only be rented by a single person.

Since a new tenant is being sought, the apartment is to be taken "as seen". It will be handed over clean or broom clean.

The apartment is very bright and is located in a quiet yet central location. It has a small balcony with morning sun and a larger one with evening sun. In addition, the apartment has sufficient storage space with various built-in wardrobes as well as in its own cellar compartment.

The kitchen has a tiled floor and includes a refrigerator, a microwave, and two hot plates - but no oven.
