Apartment for rent - 8055 Zürich, Birmensdorferstrasse 256

I'm renting my 1.5 room apartment. The apartment contract can be taken over from July 1st (earlier is possible too).

The person who takes the apartment needs to take over the big wardrobe and the table/regal in the entrance (see the last 2 photos) for the price of 250chf

There will be a pre-selection for the viewing so please make sure you send a short description of yourself and bear in mind that:

• you have a fix employment
• your wage is at least 3x the value of the rent
• if foreign, you have at least a B permit
• the Kaution is 3x rent value paid into a bank account with the landlord
• you have your debt extract good to go
