The residential and commercial building, built in 1929/30, was long hidden behind the later added workshop and garage building. Now it is once again exposed in the ensemble at Flüelerstrasse 5 and integrated into the carefully designed surroundings with the modern new building. It was extensively and carefully renovated in 2020. The 4-room apartment has thus regained its ambiance and charm (e.g. restored parquet floors, careful plaster and painting restoration) and has been completely adapted to today's needs (new kitchen, bathroom, entrance areas, etc.).
The four rooms of this compact old apartment with a lot of atmosphere and charm can be used individually. Special is the East/West room with its additional enclosed loggia and the spacious terrace area (13.5 m2, south/west exposure) on the flat roof of the ground floor extension.
