Apartment for rent - 2563 Ipsach, Birkenweg 5

We are renting our bright and spacious 3.5-room apartment in Ipsach for subletting from February to June 2026, as we will be traveling during this time.
The apartment is located very quietly and in the middle of greenery, only about 200 meters from Lake Biel. The surroundings are ideal for nature lovers, families, and couples looking for peace and relaxation. The city of Biel can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. Accordingly, the apartment offers a great mix between city and nature.
The apartment offers plenty of space and has two terraces/balconies, a beautiful garden for shared use, as well as a private parking space right in front of the house. Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy fireplace for cool evenings.
It is important to us to take care of our two cats, who will stay in the apartment during our absence. They are uncomplicated, calm, friendly, and enjoy company.
The rent is flat-rate and includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, TV, and parking. Upon request, we are happy to send further information and photos.
