The apartment has a semi-open kitchen with a dishwasher. In the corridor and in one of the rooms, there are practical built-in wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space. In addition, the apartment has a separate toilet and a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and washing tower (washing machine and dryer).
The entire apartment has been freshly painted. In the living area, corridor, and in rooms 1 and 2, a new, easy-care vinyl floor in wood look will be laid (see pictures of the living room). A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 150.00/month. There is also the possibility to install an E-charging station.
