I offer my beautiful, modern, and spacious 2½ room apartment with a sunny balcony for subletting from September 4th to October 3rd, 2025.

All windows and the balcony face southwest. You have a wonderful view of the sunset over the Jura.

The apartment is located on the third floor. There are no apartments above, which makes it very quiet in the apartment.

The location is also quiet yet very well connected. It takes 4 minutes on foot to reach the nearest stop. From there, it is a 3-minute train ride to Langenthal, which is directly on the Zurich-Bern line. Langenthal can also be reached on foot (30 minutes) or by bike (10 minutes). The Niederbipp highway entrance is 9 minutes by car.

The additional costs are included. Washing facilities and WiFi are available. A parking space can be rented for CHF 50.-/month.

A clean and reliable individual is sought, non-smoker, who would also water my plants during this time.
