We are looking for a new tenant for the office space in Grabs SG. The rental property consists of the following:

Office space A1. The office is located on the ground floor and has an area of 24m2 including a covered outdoor seating area. The office offers enough storage space through a built-in wardrobe and also enough space for 2-3 workstations. The office is located in a residential block/residential area.

Additional costs:
All electricity costs will be sent directly to the tenants by the Technical Services Grabs and must be paid by the tenants.

Heating costs:
The heating costs are calculated by meter reading and sent to the tenants once a year for payment.

Please note that the following actions are prohibited:

• the installation and display of satellite dishes and antennas;
• shaking and beating tablecloths, carpets, brooms, fluff, etc. out of windows, terraces, and balconies;
• beating carpets before 07:00 in the morning and after 20:00 as well as from 12:00 to 13:30 and on Sundays and public holidays;
• making music before 08:00 and after 21:00 and during lunchtime from 12:00 to 13:30;
• throwing hard objects, ash, garbage, and coal waste, hygiene pads, and disposable diapers, cat litter, etc. into the toilet;
• leaving garbage bags in the hallway, stairwell, or on balconies;
• depositing items in the hallway, corridors, and other common areas as well as dragging heavy items like boxes and the like without protective coverings over stairs and floors;
• attaching cloths, straw or reed mats, plexiglass sheets, signs, flags, or similar materials to the loggias.
