We are renting a 5-room apartment on the 1st floor at Chamerstrasse 45, Zug, starting from 16.08.2025 or by arrangement. A parking space can be rented for CHF 150 per month.
The apartment is subject to guidelines. The minimum occupancy of this apartment is 4 persons (including two children who are minors or in initial training). The cumulative taxable income (cantonal tax) must not exceed CHF 126,960.00. The taxable assets (cantonal tax) are limited to CHF 400,000.00.
