The apartment was completely renovated in 2019, together with the former Valserhaus in which it is located.
High-quality natural materials such as larch parquet, lime plaster, and underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensure an extremely pleasant living climate. Care was taken to preserve the original elements of the former building substance and to return to the origin. The entire property (4 apartments) was completely renovated in ecological construction and energetically refurbished.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift available). The cozy bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The spacious living room and kitchen are open to each other and very bright with large windows, offering a wonderful view of the mountains. The two separate rooms are rather small but sufficiently large and suitable as bedrooms or offices.

The property is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop and Coop / Migros. It takes about 7 minutes on foot to reach the ski lifts.
