Care was taken to preserve the original elements of the former building substance and to return to the origin. The entire property (4 apartments) was completely renovated in ecological construction and energetically refurbished.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift available). The cozy bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower.
