We are renting a fully furnished 2.5 room apartment with balcony near the center of lakes in Winterthur to a single person or couple, non-smokers. The apartment is bright, has a large living room connected to the kitchen and a south-facing balcony, bathroom with bathtub, and a large bedroom with wardrobes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator. There is a storage space for bicycles in the garage. We rent the apartment without a basement, but with electricity and internet included. Deposit of two months' rent.
