The apartment includes a large winter garden and a cellar. A parking space in the underground garage can be rented for CHF 140.00 / month.

A bike/ski room and a laundry room (2 washing machines, 2 dryers, drying room) are available for general use. No pets are allowed. The apartment is only rented as a first apartment to locals, to a household of 2, 3, or 4 people (no shared flats).

The apartment will be mostly repainted.
