The monthly rent is CHF 1,870, which includes a CHF 180 monthly advance for utilities (water, heating, etc., reconciled at year-end) and a garage parking space (CHF 150 per month). The net rent is CHF 1,540 per month. Available from 1 June or from another mutually agreed date.
