I am looking for a new tenant for my 2.5 room attic apartment in Neuenegg starting from 16.11.25, 01.12.25 or by arrangement. It is located not far from the Sense and a post bus stop. The Flamatt train station is reachable in 20 minutes on foot.

The living room is very spacious and the Swedish stove provides great coziness in winter. There used to be another room, but the wall was removed in favor of a larger living room.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and two windows.
The roof slope is minimal and the rooms have a ceiling height where one can stand underneath.

The carport is huge and costs 80.- per month. I was able to park a car and a trike.

There are two cellars available (one lockable).
The highlight is the large roof terrace with a great view over Neuenegg and Flamatt.
