We are renting our condominium because we are relocating for family reasons.
The apartment features 2 normal-sized and one very large bedroom, a very large living and dining room, as well as a separate kitchen with dining area. There is a bathroom with shower and bathtub plus a separate toilet. The apartment is very bright and has a ceiling height of 2.9m to 3.1m. The kitchen has enough space for a small table and is equipped with a dishwasher, a cooking water tap, and a washing machine. The balcony extends across the entire width of the apartment. There is a barbecue area in the garden that can be used. If needed, a single garage can be rented for 120.- per month.
The apartment is not rented as a shared flat. We are looking for someone who wants to live centrally, enjoys the view of the city, and seeks the charm of an old building in a condominium standard. There are about 20 steps from the street/parking lot to the apartment.
Furniture can be partially borrowed upon request.
