Bathroom with shower and WC

An outdoor parking space is also available (a second one available upon request)

The apartment is currently fully furnished, including kitchen utensils and linens, etc., but can also be rented unfurnished upon request.

Rental conditions

Monthly rent (for annual contract) incl. ancillary costs and one parking space CHF 590.-. Costs at your own expense: electric heating, electricity (heating), TV/radio fees, washing machine/dryer.

Availability
Starting from November 1, 2025 or by agreement.

Seasonal rental is also possible, price on request.

Location and connections
San Carlo is about 35–40 minutes by car from Pontresina. The postal bus connects San Carlo to the Upper Engadine with morning and evening runs (travel time approx. 45 minutes).
