The apartment and the property have the following features:
- Before moving in, the apartment will be completely painted, a new oak parquet will be laid in the rooms and corridor, and the existing parquet in the living room will be sanded and resealed.
- Linoleum or Novilon flooring in the kitchen and bathroom/WC.
- Generous balcony and a private cellar and attic compartment.
- Fiber optic, built-in wardrobes, and intercom system available.
- The property has a lift and a large, cozy meadow area with a playground and barbecue area.
- In 2017, the balconies were enlarged and the windows were replaced.
- In 2022, photovoltaic systems were installed on the roof of the property. Thus, you benefit from electricity from your own roof!
The rent for the apartment is CHF 1,070.00 including additional costs. The share certificate (rental deposit) amounts to CHF 4,000.00.
Due to our occupancy regulations, only applications with at least 3 people can be considered.
