From November 1, 2025, we are renting our furnished 3.5-room apartment in the central and quiet Sulgenau district for 7.5 months until June 14, 2026.

The bright and quiet apartment (approx. 75 m2) has one bedroom, one office, and a living & dining room, a closed kitchen, and a bathroom. The bathroom also has its own new washing tower (washing machine including dryer). A laundry room for shared use is also available in the house. The apartment is located in a great 10-party house, with cool neighbors, from families to couples to a shared apartment, everything is there.

Location: quiet environment in the Sulgenau district, shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity as well as a 10-minute walk to Bern train station / city center.
Parking: Only blue zone, no private parking available
Non-smoking apartment: non-smoker
Flexibility: The apartment can be rearranged if necessary.
Balcony: Balcony with morning sun for private use including its own small courtyard with garden table and chairs for shared use
