Due to a move away from Bern, I have to give up my cozy 1.5-room apartment in the Marzili district. It is located on the raised ground floor and has a spacious entrance and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a large living and bedroom with built-in wardrobe. From there you can access a sunny balcony with direct access to the garden, which is shared with very nice housemates. If interested, two raised garden beds can be taken over free of charge, one of which is already planted with strawberries.
The apartment is conveniently located in the quiet yet central Marzili district: 10 minutes' walk to the train station and the old town, 3 minutes to the Marzilibad and the Gelateria die Berna.
The apartment does not get very cold in winter, which is why I personally never had high heating costs. In summer, it stays pleasantly cool due to its location on the raised ground floor.
A cellar room belongs to the apartment. Washing machine, tumble dryer and drying room with Seccomat for shared use.
