From mid-September or by arrangement, we are renting a beautiful 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor in a quiet location. The apartment has an exceptional layout. In all rooms including the storage room, there is a new parquet floor (year 2025), in the kitchen a newly laid vinyl floor, and in the bathroom, there is a tiled floor. All walls/ceilings as well as the woodwork have been freshly painted. The bathroom has a bathtub. There is also a balcony that offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. A cellar belongs to the apartment, and if needed, a parking space can also be rented with the apartment. There is no lift in this house.
The surroundings are in a quiet location, yet you are only a few minutes away from shopping facilities, train connections, post/bank, and the like. In the immediate vicinity, there is a forest as well as a bus stop.
