The apartment is quiet yet very central - just a few minutes' walk away are a bakery, bus and train stops, supermarket, hairdresser, bank, and restaurant - all within about 200 meters. The north side of the apartment borders a small fir forest, providing a lot of privacy, a green view, and a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment is bright, warm, and has a cozy balcony.
