Building C houses family apartments with 2.5 rooms, which have two orientations. On the ground floor are the two entrances to the apartments as well as a sales area with a private outdoor area.
On the east side, there is a common room for residents, which complements this level and allows residents to gather and organize private events. The family apartments all have a ceiling height of 2.60 m and are equipped with double-flow ventilation. The apartments benefit from a generous living area, which is extended to a loggia or terrace with a storage room.
